Enquiries and distribution applications

When you submit a form, we store the details you provide, the selected product and sanitized campaign information when available to follow up on your request. This includes your contact and business details. Contact permission is separate from analytics consent; forms remain available when analytics is refused. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics.

Optional analytics

Only after you allow it, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, product views, contact clicks and successfully saved forms. Google receives a random browser identifier, general technical information, the event type and the public page URL without query parameters or fragments. We do not send your name, email, phone, message or request reference. We do not use User-ID, Google Signals or advertising personalization. Automatic form and outbound-link measurement is disabled.

Storage and choices

Your choice is stored locally for 180 days. After consent, Google may set _ga cookies for up to 180 days, and campaign attribution is stored for the browser session until submission. GA event and user data retention is set to two months without resetting on new activity; Google may retain aggregate reports longer. Refuse or withdraw using the button below; measurement stops and local _ga cookies and session attribution are removed. This does not withdraw an enquiry already sent or automatically erase anonymous measurements already received.

Services and data enquiries

The website uses Neon to store requests, Cloudinary for images and encrypted backups, Render to run the website and Resend to notify administrators. Customer requests are restricted to authorized administrators. Limited operational and security records protect the service. Providers may process data outside Yemen. No uniform retention period is promised for business enquiries; contact us to request access, correction or deletion so we can review the request and relevant backups.
